Dorian ist seit Januar 2016 Geschäftsführer der GLOBAL SIDE. Er verkörpert einen autonomen Führungsstil und bietet die Möglichkeit zu Freiheit und eigenverantwortlichem Handeln im Rahmen seines umfangreichen Entrepeneurship-Ansatzes. Dorian ist federführend für die strategische Entwicklung und die Umsetzung innovativer Geschäftsprozesse im Gesamtunternehmen verantwortlich. Sein Fokus liegt auf nachhaltigem Wachstum und Effizienzsteigerung.

Serge Melet

People & Culture Manager

Serge ist seit Februar 2022 People & Culture Manager bei GLOBAL SIDE und hat langjährige Erfahrung als HR Manager. Er ist Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) mit Spezialisierung auf Personalwesen und spricht Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch und Spanisch. Serge managt alle Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten von Einstellung über Gehaltsabrechnung bis Weiterbildung und betreut die portugiesische Tochtergesellschaft umfassend. Serge liebt Reisen, würde gerne teleportieren können und schätzt Freiheit. Und, Serge verspricht nur, was er halten kann.

Markus, M.Sc., ist seit 2007 bei der GLOBAL SIDE tätig, seit 2023 Geschäftsführer der Global Side Med GmbH und seit 2024 zudem Geschäftsführer der Global Side GmbH. Er war zuvor Head of Consulting und Prokurist. Er hat einen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik und hat langjährige Erfahrung und Expertise in der Branche. Seine Stärken liegen in Teamführung, Projektleitung, Accountmanagement, Consulting und Sales.

People & Culture Manager

Tina ist seit Oktober 2022 Marketing-Managerin bei GLOBAL SIDE. Zuvor arbeitete sie viele Jahre im Hotelmanagement in Spanien, absolvierte dort ihren MBA und spezialisierte sich auf Marketing. Sie hat über 15 Jahre teils internationale Marketingerfahrung und spricht Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch. Tina liebt Kulinarik, Sport und Reisen - und würde sich daher gerne beamen können. Ihre Leidenschaft ist Content-Creation und sie verfügt über eine starke Affinität zu strategischen Themen. Tina schätzt Gerechtigkeit, Toleranz, Respekt und Humor.

Outside the boardroom, Dorian cherishes quality time with his family, exploring the great outdoors. His commitment to physical and mental fitness is evident in his daily routine. Come rain or shine, he cycles to the office and maximises his productivity by walking miles on his treadmill desk during intense focus sessions.

Markus joined GLOBAL SIDE as a consultant in 2007 and is now the Managing Director of Global Side GmbH and Global Side Med GmbH, which oversees the MediPay product line. Throughout his intensive career, he has gained extensive experience and expertise in the industry. Before joining GLOBAL SIDE, he led a small IT company and studied business informatics. Markus blends technology, functionality, and people, understands resources, and develops innovative solutions with his team.

He is passionate about cooking curries, has an interest in astronomy, and would love to travel at the speed of light. Communication with great people and working in a multifunctional team fill him with pride. Honesty and diligence are particularly important to him in collaboration. His motto: "The truth is in the data."

Serge has been the heart and soul of the GLOBAL SIDE People & Culture team since February 2022, bringing a wealth of experience as an HR Manager. With a degree in Business Administration and a specialisation in Human Resources, Serge is a multilingual powerhouse, fluent in German, French, English, and Spanish, and now mastering Portuguese. His expertise spans all facets of employee management, from recruitment and payroll to training and development, ensuring seamless support for the Portuguese subsidiary.

A true globetrotter, Serge’s love for travel fuels his adventurous spirit. If he could have one superpower, it would be teleportation – a testament to his boundless curiosity and desire for freedom. Guided by his motto, “I only promise what I can deliver,” Serge embodies integrity and reliability, making him an invaluable asset to the GLOBAL SIDE family.

Fluent in German, Spanish, and English, she is a true global citizen with a zest for culinary arts, sports, and travel – always on the lookout for new adventures!

Tina’s true passion lies in content creation, where her creativity shines. She has a keen eye for strategic initiatives, ensuring that every campaign is not only innovative but also impactful. Tina embodies the values of justice, tolerance, respect, and humour, making her a beloved leader and colleague. Jürgen brings a wealth of experience from his previous role in Controlling at ARAG Lebensversicherung AG. With over 35 years of expertise in business organisation and controlling, he is adept at preparing controlling and planning documents, invoices, and conducting comprehensive business evaluations. Additionally, he manages internal event coordination with precision.

Jürgen’s proficiency in Excel is exceptional, making him an invaluable asset to our team. In his leisure time, he aspires to travel across Europe in a VW bus.

Jürgen values honesty, respect, patience, empathy, and cheerfulness. His guiding principle is: “There is always a way to do something good.”
