MediPay also provides consulting support to optimise the dark processing rate and relies on the established GLOBAL SIDE standard.

One of the main objectives of our consulting services is to identify optimisation opportunities in the rules and regulations through targeted analysis in order to make maximum use of automated processing.

    We also apply our seamless standard to integration - with standard services and interfaces, we reduce your integration effort to a minimum.

  • Who codes the rules?

    The ZABAS® set of rules is ready to use and does not need to be programmed. You can use all the rules immediately and in full from day 1.

  • How often do we need technology to change the rules and regulations?

    Changes to the rules are made simply via dialogues and can even be simulated immediately - without the need for technical colleagues.

  • Can we also create our own rules?

    The ZABAS® standard package already contains rules for all fee schedules. Of course, this package can also be supplemented with your own rules or configurations. Our dialogues make this intuitive, simple and quick.

  • Will ZABAS® also work smoothly with the new GOÄ?
